Our Junior Church Ministry encourages the creation of a personal relationship with God through engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and exciting activities. We are also happy to announce that we are currently preparing to launch new Mid-Week programming! Check back soon for more details.
Train up a child in the way he should go;
even when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
Our name is based on the Great Commission—Jesus’ words recorded in Matthew 28:19–20: “make disciples of all nations.” Our ambition is to encourage women of all generations to be fully engaged in developing an intimate, transforming relationship with Christ.
We exist to glorify God. As devoted Christ followers of all generations, empowered by the Holy Spirit, we are committed to live the Word, do His work, and reach His world.
It is about building strong relationships with God and other men. It is our desire to follow the directive given us by Jesus to make disciples.
You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.
(2 Timothy 2:1-2)
We realize that people have spiritual, physical, and social needs. It is because of this, that our Outreach ministry takes different forms. You may find us sharing the Gospel as we go door to door through our neighborhood. You might find us distributing food and clothing to those in need. You may even meet us at one of our regular coffee house nights.
Check out our events page to see what we have planned, or contact us with any questions you might have.
A local therapist, Robert M. Ross MS, NCC, LPC is available to see those in need of professional counseling. Here is more about Mr. Ross from his website.
Mr. Ross is also available to do presentations, for no charge, on mental health issues, from a Biblical perspective. I can also consult with individuals free of charge, to see if counseling might benefit them. If you are interested in having me speak to your group, please use the contact info on my personal website.
